1. What bumbi is. bumbi is a marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers. Each store on bumbi is run by an independent seller — bumbi does not manufacture, own, warehouse, or directly sell the products listed here. Product descriptions, condition reports, and pricing are provided by the seller, not verified item-by-item by bumbi.

2. Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's own terms for payment processing in addition to these terms.

3. Pre-loved items. Where a listing is marked pre-loved, the condition report is written by the seller. bumbi encourages honest, accurate condition reporting but cannot independently inspect every item before it ships.

4. Orders and disputes. Orders are fulfilled directly by the seller you purchased from. If an item doesn't match its listing, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact bumbi support and the relevant seller so the issue can be resolved.

5. Seller conduct. Sellers agree to list items honestly, ship promptly, and comply with bumbi's seller guidelines. bumbi may suspend or remove sellers who violate these guidelines.

6. Account responsibility. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

7. Liability. bumbi provides the marketplace platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, bumbi is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller, beyond bumbi's role in facilitating that transaction.

8. Changes to these terms. bumbi may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of bumbi after an update means you accept the revised terms.
